Section 1. We act as agents on behalf of our clients in the submission for the visa and subsidiary services to appropriate intuitions and/or immigration authorities / Embassies.
Section 2. We shall not be held responsible for costs (direct or consequential) incurred due to any delay arising from incompetent visa application form, inaccurate/false information or documentation provided, or as a result of circumstances beyond our control.
Section 3. We reserves the right to return any passport without the requested visa if the passport or the documents provided do not comply with the requirements or if there is insufficient time to process the visa
Refunds Policy: Visa fee and Service Charge, Travel Health are not refundable
